Not sure of the low score on this company my 1st interaction with them was superb from the website where I shopped to the pricing and the delivery was so fast I couldn't believe it packaged securely and exactly what I expect from the website pictures I'll reccomend them with no problem plan to shop with them as needed things do occur an I had no issues with my 1st purchase if it changes down the way I'll update the rating

This is a great House of Hampton Mcdermott 5 Drawer Chest and looks much more expensive than it is. I agree with some other reviewers that it does not smell good when it first came on, so I'm hoping it will go away. The smell left after my first time with him. Thinking about getting it in another color.

I thought the customer service was amazing! Got on the phone with a rep immediately and she was super kind and helpful. I needed to buy a Dresser but I had three visa gift cards I wanted to use toward it. Couldn't figure out how to do it myself so the customer service rep walked me through the whole thing and put them in manually for me! SO nice and highly recommend their service.

After reading all the negative reviews I was leery about placing an order but since Wayfair had the cheapest price on the patio deck box I wanted I decided to take a chance. I'm glad I did. My deck box arrived within five days with no issues whatsoever. I won't hesitate to order again in the future.

I got the furniture and it is so good! I love the Dresser details and the quality is pretty good too. I also like the overall size, I like how the color is versatile enough to carry for all seasons. I especially love it. Definitely recommend!

Last purchase was a new Dresser. Another perfect delivery and excellent product. Not only was the price incredible, but the product was something I couldn't find locally. Excellent service. One of the items received was incorrect and an email to Wayfair resulted in the correct item being shipped overnight and they told me to donate the wrong item. Then, another Dresser for my house and household items. I have purchased multiple home furnishing items from Wayfair over the past 12 months. My very first purchase was a Dresser, one I had priced locally and found on Wayfair for less than half the retail cost. When the Dresser arrived, it had shipping damage. I immediately contacted Wayfair who had a team pick up the Dresser the next morning and they had a new one in my house within a week. To ensure that the replacement was in good condition, they provided in home delivery at no cost. Everything was perfect and we love this Dresser.

I can not say enough good things about this Dresser. I am grateful to the other reviewers for noting that this works great. These Dresser fits very well. The color is very rich. Love it! I'm going to buy another one of these in a different color.

Well I had not bought one thing online in my life and heard about Wayfair. I was moving for the first time in 24 years and decided out with the old and in with the new. I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.
