I almost went with a more expensive brand and I'm glad I did not. I love this Rev-A-Shelf Deep Pull-Out 24"W x 7"H Drawer! It is the perfect color. Although my shipment took longer to arrive than I expected it was completely worth the wait.

Wayfair is my favorite home decor site. I was confused by all of the low scores and thought perhaps they were being unfairly reviewed. When examining the dates of the low scores, it appears that people are most upset with having to wait for their stuff which to me is an unfair criticism in light of Covid. They had promotional free shipping on returns earlier this year which was really nice, but I get why that can be costly for the company.
I needed a simple Closet System, and found this at the top of the search. I can see why it is so popular. The Closet System is PeRFeCt. Yes I'm screaming but this is a great Closet System. If I ever need another color, I will buy happily. It also fits true to its size. I bought my usual as well as a size, and the usual fit perfectly.

During that last few months I have purchased a number of items (Closet System) from Wayfair. I have all of the products to be of very good quality, and their Customer Service has been excellent. I was happy with EVERYTHING. Amazing customer service.
I LOVE THIS Closet System! It is super cute and stylish and functional. I gave it five stars because I love the style and the look, I really hope the company can redesign with more substantial material. If not someone will beat them to it I am sure. Style is great.

No problems! Wayfair usually comes through on whatever it is that you order through them. I've had a few problems with a couple of furniture pieces, but they replace it w/o any hassle whatsoever. It's just that you have to wait for the piece to be shipped again which is a minor inconvenience sometimes. All-in-all, I'm very happy with my Wayfair experience and would recommend shopping with them to any and all.
This Closet System definitely is on my list of favorite things! The color is real nice! The Closet System is perfect! This is the best Closet System that I bought online! Highly recommend.

I've boycotted Walmart and Amazon for being billionaire-centric instead of paying a living wage. This store is an awesome alternative. I finally needed their customer service and they far exceeded my expectations there as well.

Recently purchased some Closet System. The Closet System shipped extremely quickly and were at my door in 10 days. The Closet System quality was generally good with some screw holes slightly off, but was still able to use the original hardware and everything went together and is very solid. I'm an engineer by trade and a hobby carpenter, but I decided to go store bought for this need and don't regret it. Have received a lot of compliments.
It seems more expensive than it is! The colors are beautiful, good materials and reversible. I bought the Rev-A-Shelf Deep Pull-Out 24"W x 7"H Drawer and received several compliments in the short time I have had. You will not be disappointed with this furniture.

Ordered new Closet System. Great sale prices. Beautiful furniture and I've gotten lots of compliments. The Closet System originally came damaged. I called Wayfair while delivery guys were still there. They ordered a replacement and told me to keep the damaged one until the new one came. New one was delivered about 2-3 weeks later in perfect condition. Sometimes, people have to realize Wayfair is a fulfillment house--you place the order, they place it with the manufacturer and it is shipped from there.

I received my package when they said it would arrive. The box itself had a squished corner, not too concerning as the contents were packaged very well. One of the pieces did end up being damaged. I called customer service to get a replacement part. I was on the phone maybe 3 minutes, no hassle and they already have a replacement part on the way, free of charge! The representative who helped me was so kind! I'll definitely think of wayfair if I need anything else for our house!

Wayfair is always my first shopping site for furniture and home decor. The search filters are more detailed than other sites so I can zoom in on what I'm looking for. They also are quick to answer questions regarding specifics of their merchandise. Their shipping is quick and their customer service is responsive when things arrive damaged.
