I have always wanted to get a Mattress, but I never found one that met all my criteria. This Mattress is wonderful. The photos do not do it justice. I ordered this online and really wanted to keep this furniture. The color is beautiful. If you ever thought about getting this Mattress, do not think about it ... It's incredible!

I ordered a Mattress from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip. I found out late in the process that the delivery would be delayed and was freaking out! So by being int ouch with the customer service dept. I was eventually put on the line with J. He is a delivery specialist, and he saved the day! He not only coordinated it all, but even got it there on a Sunday for me! The set is gorgeous, so the quality of their product is obviously great as well. Thank you J. and the Wayfair team!

I was told that they could send me a new product or send me the part. I had the missing part within a week. No questions asked. Total of two weeks with proper communication from the company and the delivery service. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

I have ordered multiple items thru Wayfair and have had great service and the products were as advertised. In fact, a neighbor asked for advice on using Wayfair on my neighborhood website and got 16 positive comments from different people about how good each of their experiences were. I personally had an item delivered damaged, and Wayfair sent another one immediately with no questions.

Online photos do not make this furniture justice. These were a 22st birthday gift and probably one of the best gifts I have ever gotten. The Mattress is beautiful, strong, but still smooth. The perfect color in a perfect Mattress. Absolutely beautiful, and the perfect size. You will love this furniture! Especially in the sale price!

Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.
