I ordered a Wall Mirror from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip. I found out late in the process that the delivery would be delayed and was freaking out! So by being int ouch with the customer service dept. I was eventually put on the line with J. He is a delivery specialist, and he saved the day! He not only coordinated it all, but even got it there on a Sunday for me! The set is gorgeous, so the quality of their product is obviously great as well. Thank you J. and the Wayfair team!

I was told that they could send me a new product or send me the part. I had the missing part within a week. No questions asked. I have ordered multiple items thru Wayfair and have had great service and the products were as advertised. In fact, a neighbor asked for advice on using Wayfair on my neighborhood website and got 16 positive comments from different people about how good each of their experiences were. I personally had an item delivered damaged, and Wayfair sent another one immediately with no questions.

I carry Wall Mirror for work all the time and absolutely love this furniture! I have it in black and I want it in all colors. I highly recommend it! I love the Wall Mirror! Do not pay extra for fast shipping, but it was delivered days earlier than expected.

Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.

The Quality of Wall Mirror I have purchased from wayfair has always been great but I was worried making a large purchase without being able to touch it first... but we worried for nothing. Very happy. Shipping takes a while on this one so plan accordingly.
