Total of two weeks with proper communication from the company and the delivery service. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Nice Comforter Set with excellent value! I bought several of these in different designs as Christmas gifts and they were very well received! They thought it cost way more than they actually did.

This may have changed over the years but as of present, wayfair customer service has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. They've issued me credits even when I did not ask for one. They're available to chat most of the time as well.

I love this Comforter Set! The Tache Home Fashion 4 Piece Comforter Set is nice. This seems much more expensive than it is. I have this as a gift for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it and I am very happy to see her happy. highly recommended!

In fact, a neighbor asked for advice on using Wayfair on my neighborhood website and got 16 positive comments from different people about how good each of their experiences were. I personally had an item delivered damaged, and Wayfair sent another one immediately with no questions.

Online photos do not make this furniture justice. These were a 22st birthday gift and probably one of the best gifts I have ever gotten. The Comforter Set is beautiful, strong, but still smooth. The perfect color in a perfect Comforter Set. Absolutely beautiful, and the perfect size. You will love this furniture! Especially in the sale price!

Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.

I was looking for a nice Comforter Set for gift and this is it! I'm very happy with this purchase and the price can't be beat!

I am surprised to see the bad reviews on other website. I have purchased almost all items in my new house from Wayfair and they are really good! I bought this Tache Home Fashion 4 Piece Comforter Set as a New Year present for my daughter. It is as described online. Comforter Set looks good even though I feel it is too expensive. Should come with better packaging for the price.
